I started my online business in January 2025 during a really tough time. I was (and still am) recovering from long Covid. I felt stuck in so many areas of my life. Starting an online business, when I wasn't even well enough to return to my PhD in Neuroscience, felt terrifying. But I took the leap anyway, and I’m so grateful I did.

I genuinely love my research and the people I work with. But like many academics, freelancers, and creatives, I wanted more financial freedom, without having to give up the work I care about. I needed something flexible, on my own terms, that could fit around my research, and spending time with my dog and the people I love.

That’s when I found this business, and it completely changed my life. It gave me high-quality products that support wellbeing, complete flexibility to work when and where I want, and a community of like-minded, supportive people. It’s helped me shift my mindset, set better boundaries, and discover new ways to earn. Now, I’m working on building multiple income streams, and working toward a life with more ease, more freedom. Working towards goals that finally feel within reach, things like buying a house, travel, and slow mornings with my pooch.
